FAQ's

Payment Information
 
  • Non-refundable booking fees of $200 are payable at the time of booking your party.  We are unable to confirm a timeslot for you until a deposit has been paid to lock it in.

  • Full payment made via direct deposit 7 days in advance of your booking will be rewarded with a bottle of Tequila or vodka on party day as per your preference. – shots anyone??

  • Otherwise remaining payment to be settled prior to party start time on the day of booking by either direct bank deposit or in cash to art teacher attending.

Are your parties only for women?
 
  • Absolutely not!!  Although the most common type of party we service are generally Hens night groups, we cater to a diverse clientele base and exclude no-one.  We often have parties with mixed groups and we also run events for bucks nights, birthdays, xmas parties and team building events.  Our parties are available to anyone over 18 who would like to be part of the fun.  We design our parties to reflect your needs and accommodate your guestlist.  

Are your parties debaucherous?
 
  • Our parties are whatever you want them to be, we flow with the requests of the organiser based on the personality of the guest of honour.  The Sassy Creatrix crew are yours to direct.  You want something a little risque?  Well, we're very happy to oblige, sassy is in our name after all!  You'd prefer something toned down so that MIL isn't offended?  We can most definitely work with that too.  We want you and your guests to be happy and have a night to remember for all the right reasons, so whatever you tell us you want, whether its a purely classy high tea type of affair or a cheeky party that pushes the boundaries a bit, we've seen it all and we can accommodate it all.  It's your party so it's your call.

Service Area
 
  • We are based in Ipswich, Qld, our Standard service area is within 50km of Ipswich CBD.

  • Additionally we service all areas to Toowoomba, Tweed Coast/NSW, Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast. 

  • A travel fee to areas outside of the standard service area applies

Booking Changes
 
  • We can accommodate changes to times & dates with minimum 7 days notice. 

  • Where booking location changes are outside of our standard service area, an additional travel fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy
 
  • If there is anything we learned well throughout 2020/2021, it’s that sometimes unforeseen events such as illness, injury and snap lockdowns happen, in these circumstances we are always happy to work with you to rebook your party for a later date.

  • We understand that sometimes parties get completely cancelled at the 11th hour through no fault of the organiser and that’s ok, but we still have staff that have allocated their time for your confirmed booking who can’t rebook your timeslot last minute so we do not offer refunds on booking fees.  We know you appreciate the nature of the mobile service industry and we thank you for understanding..
